All registered domestic undergraduate students enrolled in seven (7) or more credit hours, (three (3) or more credit hours during the summer) and all registered domestic graduate students enrolled in four (4) or more credit hours (3 in summer), interns, fellows and students working on their dissertation or thesis are eligible to enroll in this insurance plan on a voluntary basis.

Continuation coverage is available for students who no longer meet eligibility. Student must be enrolled previous semester to be eligible. All students and their dependent(s) can purchase six (6) months of additional medical coverage. (Dental is not available.) Continuation must be purchased within thirty one (31) days of the current coverage termination date.
